- ✓ All fees are billed monthly in advance and are due on receipt of invoice.
- ✓ All invoices are due on receipt.
- ✓ This is a month-to-month subscription — no fixed term, no lock-in.
- ✓ Cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice to legal@motorx.co.za.
- ✓ A R500 monthly administration fee applies to accounts not paid within 7 days of invoice.
- ✓ Setup and onboarding fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- ✓ Annual fee revisions with a minimum of 30 days' written notice.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
No. MotorX is month-to-month. You can cancel at any time by giving us 30 days' written notice. No penalties, no lock-in. Your subscription simply runs until the end of your final billing month.
Invoices are due on receipt. After 7 days we send a reminder. After 14 days, we may restrict access to some features. After 21 days, the account may be fully suspended. A R500 admin fee is added each month the account remains unpaid. We do not charge interest.
Yes. You can change your package at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect from the next billing month. Contact your account manager or reach us at support@motorx.co.za.
No. The monthly subscription fee is exactly what you pay. Any once-off setup or onboarding fees are quoted in writing before you sign and are clearly shown on your package.
Setup and onboarding fees, if applicable, will be quoted in writing before you sign up and are payable upon signing. We frequently run promotions where onboarding is free — ask your sales rep.
Yes. Additional user licenses and branch locations can be added to any package at the published per-unit rate. Contact us for a custom quote if you have a large group.
