MotorX (Pty) Ltd ("MotorX", "we", "us") is a registered South African company operating the MotorX dealer management SaaS platform at motorx.co.za. We are a Responsible Party as defined under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including name, business details, contact information, and payment information when you enquire about or sign up for our services.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the MotorX platform
• To communicate with you about your account, invoices, and support
• To send you marketing communications (with your consent)
• To comply with our legal obligations

4. Data Storage & Retention

Your data is stored on servers located in South Africa. We retain your personal information for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days following termination, after which it is securely deleted.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who assist us in operating the platform (e.g. payment processors, email providers), all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations.
